GFP Real Estate Inks Three New Leases at 594 Broadway Totaling 6,300 SF

 GFP Real Estate, LLC is pleased to announce two new leases at 594 Broadway in SoHo totaling 6,300 square feet.

“We are excited to see companies like Chaloner Associates, Tribeca Printworks  and Levine/Leavitt expand at 594 Broadway to flourish and grow—the building continues to attract creative companies looking for a great location in prime SoHo,” said Donna Vogel, senior managing director of GFP Real Estate.

·      In the first transaction, Chaloner Associates, a national executive search firm that focuses on recruiting mid- to senior-level communications, public relations, marketing and investor relations professionals, signed a three-year lease for 2,934 square feet on the 10th floor.  The company will use the space as its executive offices; GFP will buildout one new office within the space for the tenant.

Scott Gutnick and Joshua Berg of Newmark represented the tenant, Chaloner Associates, in the transaction; Donna Vogel of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate.

·      In the second transaction, Tribeca Printworks, a professional photo printing and framing company with more than 40 years of experience, signed a lease for an additional 1,606 square feet to accommodate the company’s growing business.  Tribeca Printworks, which first leased 1,995 square feet in 2017 and expanded in 2019, now has a total of 4,757 square feet at the building.

Donna Vogel of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord and dealt directly with the tenant in the transaction.

·      In the third transaction, L.A. and New York City based Levine/Leavitt Inc., an international artists management agency representing a select, diverse roster of outstanding photographers, illustrators, designers, and directors, signed a five-year lease for 1,760 square feet on the sixth floor.  GFP will build out a kitchenette, install new energy efficient lighting and paint the space for the tenant.

Rob Kluge of Current Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant, Levine/Leavitt Inc., in the transaction; Donna Vogel of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate.

Built in 1898 and formerly known as the Lyons Building, 594 Broadway is a 12-story, 250,000-square-foot building designed by Buchman & Deisler. The building offers loft-like office spaces and features exposed brick walls, high ceilings, wooden floors, original architectural columns, and large windows providing an abundance of natural light. Located along Broadway between West Houston and Prince Street, the building is surrounded by renowned dining and retail offerings and is conveniently positioned near the 6, R, W, B, D, F and M trains.
