GFP Real Estate, LLC is pleased to announce seven new lease transactions totaling 12,193 square feet at 594 Broadway in SoHo.

Atlason,a strategic innovation and design studio based in New York City that designs consumer products, furniture and packaging for companies, signed a five-year lease renewal for 2,911 square feet on the second floor for its general and executive offices. Atlason has been a tenant at the building since 2018. Neith Stone of GFP Real Estate represented the tenant in the direct lease transaction.
Argent (d.b.a. Agent Mills Inc.), a modern woman’s clothing store focused on” bold, versatile, functional apparel that refuses to compromise on quality or personality,” signed a new five-year lease for 2,252 square feet on the fourth floor. The company, which has its budding retail store at nearby 93 Crosby Street, needed additional space for its general and executive offices. Dennis Someck and Rachel Kirkham of Lee & Associates represented the tenant in the transaction; Donna Vogel andNeith Stone represented the landlord.
Downtown ENT led by Dr. B. Thuy Le,an ear, nose and throat specialist, signed a new, seven-year lease for 1,001 square feet on the fifth floor. The practice was previously located at 659 Broadway. Neith Stone and Donna Vogel of GFP Real Estate represented the tenant in the direct lease transaction.
Mongoose Bodyworks, a Pilates studio and movement center,signed a four-year lease extension for its 814-square-foot-space on the ninth floor. Mongoose Bodyworks first moved into the building in 1999. Dr. Shirley Madhere, aplastic surgeon specializing in reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery, signed a new five-year lease for 2,277 square feet on the third floor. Dr. Madhere, a tenant at the building since 2012, was previously located in a 1,532-square-foot space on the second floor. Sapna Westley MD, PC, a board-certified medical and cosmetic dermatologist, signed a five-year lease renewal for its existing 1,746-square-foot office on the fourth floor. Dr. Westly first moved into the building in 2018. Neith Stone and Donna Vogel of GFP Real Estate represented the tenant in the direct lease transaction.
William Leggio Architect LLC, an architectural and interior design firm established in 1987, signed a new two-year lease for 1,192 square feet on the 12th floor. The firm relocated from its existing offices at 584 Broadway. Sam Matayev of Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc. represented the tenant.
