Feil Organization Leases 12,000 Square Feet at 488 Madison Avenue

The Feil Organization, one of New York City’s premier real estate investment firms, announced today that it has signed three new deals encompassing a total of 12,182 square feet at 488 Madison Avenue, a 25-story, premier office building in Midtown Manhattan. David Turino, Director of Commercial Leasing at the Feil Organization, represented Feil in all three transactions.

  • Slater Slater Schulman LLP, a leading national civil litigation law firm, has signed a 4,473-square-foot lease for a term of five years at an asking rent of $70 per square foot. The tenant was represented by Michael Nazarian of Norman Bobrow & Company.
  • Madison Realty Management Corp., a premier real estate owner and operator, has signed a 10-year, 2,469-square-foot lease at an asking rent of $68 per square foot. The tenant was represented by Jonathan Anapol of Prime Manhattan Realty.
  • Vidrio Financial, a fast-growing technology company serving clients in the financial services industry, has leased a 5,240-square-foot furnished, prebuilt space on the ninth floor. The five year lease had an asking rent of $68 per square foot. The tenant was represented by Gordon Ogden and Benjamin Mohr of Byrnam Wood LLC.

Last week, Feil announced that Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP, an internally-renowned commercial law firm, signed a long-term lease on the entire 23rd floor of 488 Madison, spanning 10,593 square feet. The tenant was represented by Scott Gutnick and Cooper Weisman of Newmark Realty.

Built in 1949, 488 Madison Avenue is a 447,000-square-foot office building in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Situated along 51st and 52nd street, 488 Madison overlooks St. Patrick’s Cathedral, features central transportation access and proximity to world-class retailers in the high-traffic shopping district.
