145 West 30th Street is putting up a ‘no vacancy’ sign, announced The Feil Organization.

New leases totaling over 16,181 s/f have been inked by Mediabrix on the fifth floor and Propoint Graphics on the third, plus a newly extended lease of 8,101 s/f signed by Silver & Partners on the seventh, brings the building’s occupancy to 100% for the next few years.
Coincidentally, both Mediabrix and Propoint Graphics were originally interested in the same fifth floor space of the 12-story office building. The space was taken by Mediabrix, which is the only end-to-end, in-app social and mobile advertising company for Fortune 500 marketers.
The firm was under pressure to move out of their current offices before Labor Day, so The Feil Organization renovated the 8,101 s/f space and moved Mediabrix into their new offices within 30 days of lease execution.
Propoint Graphics, a corporate presentation services firm, was vying with Mediabrix for the 5th floor when the 3rd floor tenant went bankrupt and vacated the building overnight.
The Feil Organization was able to convince them to take this space instead and was thus able to accommodate both tenants. Propoint is scheduled to move into their new offices in December 2012.
In addition, Silver & Partners, formerly Amalgamated renewed their lease at 145 West 30th. They had operated their full-service ad agency and brand consultancy at the Feil building for several years with repeated one-year renewals. They committed to the relationship with a full three-year agreement for their 8,101 s/f space on the seventh floor.
“We are very pleased to welcome these outstanding new tenants to 145 West 30th St., and Silver & Partners’ renewed commitment to a three-year lease extension on the 7th floor. These established companies represent the new media, advertising and graphic arts industries that are fueling the leasing activity in the Penn Plaza and Midtown South office districts”, said David Turino, director of commercial leasing at the Feil Organization.
“The Feil Organization is completely dedicated to our tenants”, said Brian Feil, Vice President of Leasing for The Feil Organization.
“When we find the right tenant, we promptly learn what their needs are. We then go into immediate action to get them into their space in a timely fashion, or make the necessary changes to keep them satisfied in their present space. We understand what it takes and how important it is to move through these processes quickly.”
Owned and managed by The Feil Organization, 145 West 30th Street is located between 6th and 7th Avenues in New York City. It was constructed in 1913 and designed by the famous architectural firm Sommerfeld and Steckler. The 90,000 s/f building has been fully renovated with major exterior and interior upgrades.
