Forest City Ratner Companies announced three new leases totaling 60,700 s/f of space at One Pierrepont Plaza.
New tenants Regus, SmartSign and U.S. Legal Support will move to One Pierrepont Plaza this winter.

Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible workplaces, will open its first business center in Brooklyn at One Pierrepont Plaza. Regus has signed a 12-year lease to occupy the building’s entire 12th floor, totaling approximately 38,000 s/f.
SmartSign, a fast-growing internet company, is a manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of custom-made signs, tags, mats, and labels. SmartSign signed a 10-year lease to move their headquarters to a 12,700 s/f office space on the 13th floor.
U.S. Legal Support, one of the United States’ largest providers of litigation services, signed a 10-year lease for approximately 10,000 square feet on the 13th floor.

Opened in 1988 with 19 stories and 651,000 s/f of office space, One Pierrepont Plaza was the first new office building built in Downtown Brooklyn in a quarter of a century.
One Pierrepont Plaza set the stage for the revitalization of Downtown Brooklyn as a business and commercial hub. The new tenants will join Morgan Stanley, NYU, Social Science Research Council, Mount Sinai and Corcoran in the building.
