“We have a world-class team behind this transformative commercial project and are confident it will not only meet but exceed the needs of today’s office tenants.”

Designed by global architecture firm Gensler, HHQ is one of the first new ground-up office buildings in Harlem. With leasing officially commencing in Fall 2020, the building offers incentives, large floor plans, customizable layouts, shared and private amenities, and convenient access to all of Manhattan and beyond.

Located between Third Avenue and Lexington Avenue, HHQ is adjacent to several transit options, including the 4, 5, and 6 trains and Metro North with direct access to Grand Central.

Situated in East Harlem, HHQ will be marketed to a variety of office tenants including but not limited to government agencies, healthcare and educational institutions, as well as TAMI companies.

Extell has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to market the Class A office building.
