EisnerAmper is pleased to announce that Miri Forster is being recognized by the Executive Women of New Jersey (“EWNJ”) for her professional achievements and her efforts toward advancing women’s leadership. The EWNJ will honor the state’s most influential and accomplished women leaders at its “Salute to the Policy Makers” gala on May 3.
The EWNJ offers mentor programs, networking, governance research, and initiatives designed to advance women’s leadership and support equity in the workplace. It also provides scholarships to women to help establish a pipeline of future women leaders.
“We’re proud to spotlight Miri alongside the other groundbreaking leaders on this list because of what their presence represents for women in the workplace,” said Anna María Tejada, EWNJ President. “It’s crucial to showcase the impact of women’s leadership and to recognize the talent, expertise and experience that we bring to the workplace.”
Miri, Partner and National Leader of the firm’s Tax Controversy practice, has more than 20 years’ experience providing tax dispute resolution services to public and private companies, partnerships and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of technical and procedural issues. She represents businesses and individuals before the IRS Examination and Appeals Divisions on complex domestic and international tax issues. Miri is also co-chair of the Women of EisnerAmper, New Jersey Chapter.
“Miri represents everything this prestigious award is about—and more,” said Diane Wasser, EisnerAmper Partner-in-Charge of New Jersey. “We’re extremely proud of her contributions to our firm and the profession and what those mean for other female professionals. And she still has so much more to accomplish. Congratulations to her and the other deserving honorees.”
