EVO Real Estate Group has leased the entire 13,350-square-foot 20thfloor at 1430 Broadway as it prepares for growth.

Dana Moskowitz, president of the firm, said the new space, into which EVO will relocate in April of next year, marks not just an increase in square footage (of over 4,000s/f) from its current location at 462 Seventh Avenue, but a natural culmination of the firm’s evolution over the past year.
Since acquiring Winoker Realty in February, EVO has undergone a major rebranding, expanded on its services, ramped up its retail leasing and made several new hires, including veteran Arnold Gamberg, who sits on EVO’s executive committee.
EVO’s new space offers four sides of windows, allowing for maximum natural light, and the floor plate provides a defined area for each of the firm’s three major departments – brokerage, property management and accounting – allowing ample space for all to grow.
“This move comes during a highly eventful period for us,” added Moskowitz. “We’re actively recruiting, launching a new website, taking on a host of many new clients, and, in general, are very busy. These new offices will reflect the vision we have for EVO and will enhance our culture and work environment.
“2013 has been an extraordinary year for us, and we’re extremely positive about the direction in which we are heading. “
