SL Green Realty Corp. announced that Meister Seelig & Fein, LLP has signed a new 15-year lease for 56,764 s/f at 125 Park Avenue. The law firm will occupy the building’s 7th and 8th floors.
“SL Green has enjoyed a longstanding relationship with Stephen Meister and his colleagues at Meister Seelig, having worked on several important matters together,” said Steven Durels, director of leasing and real property for SL Green.
“We have tremendous respect for Steve and his entire team and are delighted to welcome the firm as a major tenant at 125 Park.”
125 Park Avenue is a 26-story, 572,705 s/f building located directly across from Grand Central Terminal.
Other major tenants in the building include Pandora Media, Hayworth, Canon Business Solutions and Robert Half Associates.
Jason Meister of Avison Young represented the tenant in the lease while the landlord was represented by the Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team of David Falk, Brian Waterman, Peter Shimkin, Daniel Levine and Jonathan Tootell.
