Electronics company Ricoh takes 30,469 s/f at 711 Third Avenue

SL Green announced that Ricoh USA, a digital business services solutions provider, signed a 10-plus year, 30,469 s/f lease at 711 Third Avenue.

Ricoh USA will consolidate into 711 Third Avenue from three other Manhattan buildings and relocate from the entire 14th floor of the building, which it has occupied for 10 years, in order to expand on part of the second floor for office space and part of the 18th for showrooms.

CBRE’s Joseph Mangiacotti, Carolyn Sica and Kurt Burdack represented Ricoh. Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen represented the landlord in-house.

Steven Durels, executive vice president at SL Green, said, “We are delighted to provide a customized space solution for Ricoh’s continuing expansion.”
