The ranch, originally listed at $54,500,000, recently sold after receiving six separate offers, which is unusual for a property of that pricepoint.
The ranch had been in the care of the same family since 1951 prior to its recent sale. Less Ranch is located just outside of Boerne, TX in Kendall County. The ranch borders the Kronkosky State Natural Area and is less than a five minute drive to George Strait’s Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort. Some of the ranch’s defining features include the two lakes, 4+ miles of constant creek tributaries and 1.28+ miles of Frederick Creek frontage in addition to another 1.77+ miles of other springs, seeps and drainages on the property.
