DSA Property Group, a real estate holdings firm and parent company of DSA Realty and DSA Management Co. Inc., has announced the opening of a new corporate office in the Flatiron District.
The firm has signed a seven-year lease for a 2,200 s/f office at 60 Madison Avenue.
“We are very excited with the growth of our company embodied in the opening of our new corporate office,” said DSA Property Group CEO Arik Lifshitz.
“Ultimately, our goal is to continue to grow and strengthen all our residential and commercial brands.”
The new office will be the operations hub a for all of DSA’s brands which include DSA Management Co. Inc., a 25 year-old, private real estate company that owns and manages 1,000 units throughout New York, New Jersey, and Jerusalem, Israel.
The company also operates DSA Realty Services, a residential and commercial real estate brokerage founded in 2007 by Arik Lifshitz and Jesse Rhinier.
