Douglaston Development has released renderings of its next project along the East River in Brooklyn’s coveted Williamsburg.
Called,1N4th, the building is the newest and tallest luxury tower in the area, rising 41 stories high with 509 rental residences. The building is set for occupancy in the first quarter of 2015.

Constructed by Levine Builders and designed by FXFOWLE Architects, the new luxury tower has a glass façade with a vertical metal panel design.
The apartments include studio, one-, two-, and three bedrooms, ranging from approximately 466 to 1249 square feet, with terraces in select apartments.

Units will be priced from $2,200 to $8,500 a month and will have custom solar shades, floor-to-ceiling corner windows, and individual room controlled heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer and custom lighting.
There will be three levels of amenities that will include a Play Level with outdoor pool and 8,500s/f sun deck, movie screen and barbeque space.
At the Lobby Level, the building offers a 24-hour concierge, a living lobby, a business center, private storage, bike storage, indoor valet parking, free WIFI in the common areas, media lounge, party room and children’s playroom.
A Fitness Level will offer state-of-the-art Technogym Fitness Equipment and Kinesis Stations as well as spinning and yoga studios.
