DONE DEALS: Fast track to highest bid

With a proven track record as an exclusive listing agent at 26 Gramercy Park South, Halstead Property agent Brant Rosenberg had an “extensive networkˮ of prospective purchasers interested in buying in the building.

When he listed apartment 1E at $635,000, he found himself with multiple offers and a best and highest bidding scenario.

The one bedroom co-op unit with 11 ft. ceilings had been “beautifully renovatedˮ with new oak strip floors, a modern kitchen, built-in storage and recessed lighting. And of course, the apartment comes with a coveted key to the famous Gramercy Park.

Built in 1903, the boutique Irving House building has a part-time doorman, full-time super and laundry facilities.

“I successfully guided a first time home buyer through the complicated process of purchasing a Manhattan co-operative from start to closing,” said Rosenberg.

And he sold the apartment above the asking price for the seller within an impressive three weeks of the unit hitting the market.
