The Young Men/Women’s Real Estate Association held its February luncheon at the University Club in Midtown. The guest speaker was Founder of Dolly Lenz Real Estate, LLC, Ms. Dolly Lenz. Ms. Lenz spoke to the packed room about the state of the residential market, some of her most recent transactions, her firm’s strategy and where she sees the residential market in the coming year. Ms. Lenz shared with the group that the market may be cooling this year, but there are still transactions happening, they are just taking longer to close. She stated the key to her firm’s success is to provide exceptional customer service.
