Cushman & Wakefield announced that Sandeep Diamond Corporation, a private diamond and jewelry company based in New York, has signed a long-term lease at 535 Fifth Avenue, located at the northeast corner of 44th Street in Midtown Manhattan.
Sandeep Diamond Corp, which previously occupied space at 20 East 46th Street, will occupy the entire 15th floor for a total of 7,300 s/f.
The transaction represents the second full-floor lease in the span of one week at 535 Fifth Avenue. Media3 recently signed a long-term lease to occupy the entire 13th floor.
Cushman & Wakefield, led by Andrew Sachs and Ben Shapiro, along with Jonathan Fales and Myles Fennon of the firm’s Strategic Agency Services Group, serve as exclusive leasing agent for 535 and 545 Fifth Avenue, two neighboring buildings owned by The Moinian Group. The firm was named leasing agent on both building’s in January. Michael Rudder and Michael Heller of Rudder Property Group represented Sandeep Diamond Corp.

“There has been a tremendous uptick in interest in both 535 and 545 Fifth Avenue,” said Andrew Sachs, a Cushman & Wakefield executive director. “Sandeep Diamond Corporation chose 535 Fifth Avenue because of the full-floor presence, abundance of natural light, hands-on ownership, and convenient Midtown Manhattan location.”535 and 545 Fifth Avenue both recently underwent a series of renovations, including a complete lobby transformation.
