Cushman & Wakefield Exclusively Marketing Unique Flexible Property in East Village for Sale

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has been retained on an exclusive basis to market 137 Second Avenue, a 15,052-square-foot office or residential conversion property, for sale.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Hunter Moss, Michael DeCheser and Bryan Hurley will be leading the marketing efforts on behalf of the owner, CoFinance.
