An affiliate of Harbor Group International, the owner of 55 Broadway, announced that 31,000 s/f of space at the property has been leased to COWORK|RS, a provider of offices and resources to growing businesses.
Jim Vallos, managing director of Harbor Group International, said, “The addition of COWORK|RS to 55 Broadway perfectly complements our repositioning of the building and will provide a unique amenity to our tenants. This new generation of workplace amenities offers flexible co-working and conferencing space that is particularly valuable.”
COWORK|RS offers space to tenants of varying sizes, provides them with phones, high speed internet, office furniture and conference rooms, and encourages collaboration among their clients. Asking rents range from $50 to $60.
A portion of the Coworkrs space is the mezzanine retail area that HGI is currently redeveloping.
