Avison Young’s New York City based asset services group has signed a property management agreement with Excellence Charter Schools at 225 Patchen Avenue, a 90,000 s/f facility in Brooklyn, New York.
Principals Sean Sullivan and Antonio Biondi, who both joined the company in 2014 to lead the growth of the firm’s asset services group in New York, secured the assignment.
According to the pair, Excellence Charter Schools is the first of what they believe will be many clients in the education sector.
“From charter schools to the university level, we are targeting the education sector as one of several potential growth segments for the asset services practice.” Biondi said.
“We’re extremely pleased with the fact that we were able to secure Excellence Charter Schools’ business, as it’s an important milestone as we begin to build our portfolio.”
