CRE Counselors Bill Kinn and Casey Kemper have announced the launch of their new consulting partnership, K4 Real Estate Group.
The new venture will focus on providing client focused services, including asset management, portfolio management, dispute resolution and mission focused services. K4 offers its services to families and not-for-profits in the Boston, New York, Washington DC corridor.
Kemper, CRE, ChFC, and Kinn, CRE, MAI, have a track record of solving problems and creating value for real estate owners, most recently for the Collegiate Churches of New York City.
Kemper was COO of Collegiate Church Corporation for 22 years. Kinn began his career with Landauer Associates and was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers before founding his own company, Kinn Real Estate Counselors LLC, in 2000.
The two partners have assembled sites, managed public approval processes, selected development teams, and repositioned properties throughout the northeast, most recently converting of an industrial site to a Class A apartment asset and assembling a major office building project.
