Compass acquires boutique Florida brokerage

Compass announced it has acquired ICS Realty, a boutique brokerage in Aventura, Fla. on the heels of a recent $450 million investment by the Softbank Vision Fund.

With the addition of ICS Realty, Compass Florida will add 20 agents based in Aventura to their growing team.

“ICS Realty’s excellent reputation and proven track record were very attractive to us as we were looking to deepen our presence in South Florida,” said Beth Butler, general manager of Compass Florida.

“This is a great opportunity to tap into ICS’ resources and knowledge of the Aventura market. We look forward to having this talented group of professionals on board.”

ICS Realty and their 20 agents operate across Miami, as well as internationally in Germany, Brazil, Venezuela, France, Argentina and Canada. They will continue to operate as Compass Aventura out of their current office space on 191st Street in Aventura.
