The top ten producers were chosen out of Colliers’ 2,080 brokers in that region.

Some of his major clients include the United Nations and many of its agencies and programs, Holland & Knight, Marks Paneth & Shron LLP, and Signature Bank. As a building owner, Roos has concluded major transactions with Loews Corporation, Estee Lauder companies, Nike, and AppNexus, among others.

He has assisted such firms as CIGNA, Lehman Brothers, Matell, Prudential Insurance, and the Bank Julius Baer.
Bryn Cinque, executive managing director in Colliers’ Parsippany, NJ office, has consummated in excess of 500 transactions valued at more than $750 million total, specializing exclusively in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate for such firms as PSE&G, Atlantic Health System, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, Advance Realty Group, Duane Morris LLP, and Ashland Inc.
“Andy, Alex, and Bryn have all achieved great success and made invaluable contributions to Colliers by placing their clients’ needs first, applying sophisticated market knowledge and analysis, and taking a collaborative approach,” said Joseph Harbert, president of the Eastern Region for Colliers International.
“They represent the very best Colliers has to offer and we are thrilled to congratulate them on this high honor.”
