Colliers International Group Inc. has been named exclusive leasing agent for Florham Park Corporate Center, a 230,000 s/f two-building, Class A office property in Florham Park.
Richard Mirliss and Richard Madison, executive managing directors, and Alex Vitro, Jack Callahan and Ryan Haggerty, associates, are heading the assignment on behalf of the building’s ownership, a joint venture of Bergman Real Estate Group and Rialto Capital.
Located at 25 A&B Vreeland Road, Florham Park Corporate Center features a 14-acre campus setting and flexible floor plates.
