Citi Habitats recently held its annual Awards Ceremony at penthouse lounge 230 Fifth Avenue. Hosted by Citi Habitats President, Gary Malin and EVP and Chief Operating Officer, Peter j. Sobeck, the event featured presentations by the firm’s top management and distribution of awards in several categories – as well as cocktails, a variety of food, and dancing. Approximately 600 of the firm’s agents, employees, and industry friends attended the celebration.
Among those honored at the ceremony were the company’s top producers, who were awarded as follows. Victoria Rong Kennedy took home the awards for Salesperson of the Year Companywide – Overall Production and Salesperson of the Year Companywide – Sales. Among her achievements in 2014 was the simultaneous sale of four units at One Museum Mile, as well as a $4.4 million sale at 30 West 63rd Street.
