Chad Hillyer Joins CBRE as Executive Vice President of Industrial Services

CBRE announced today that Chad Hillyer has joined the firm’s industry-leading New Jersey industrial & logistics advisory team as an Executive Vice President. In this role, Mr. Hillyer will represent landlords and occupiers throughout New Jersey and the northeastern regional market.

Mr. Hillyer began his commercial real estate career with Colliers/Cassidy Turley’s New Jersey industrial group. Prior to joining CBRE, he served as Senior Managing Director at JLL, where he was continually recognized as a top performer specializing in institutional landlord representation in northern New Jersey.

During his 10-year career he has completed over 25 million sq. ft. of sales and lease transactions for high-profile clients including LINK Industrial, The Hampshire Companies, Bridge Industrial, TRANE Technologies, Philips, and David’s Cookies.

Mr. Hillyer graduated from Washington College with a Business Management degree and minor in Economics.
