Castle Rock Equity Group announced that it has purchased the Demonbreun Hill retail center in Nashville, Tenn. The center sits on a 3.38 acre site ideally located off Music Row in the Mid-Town neighborhood of Nashville. This retail center hosts some of Nashville’s most unique and popular bars and eateries.
Demonbreun Hill is an entertainment hub providing necessary retail for the Music Row neighborhood. Castle Rock plans to foster this dynamic atmosphere by maintaining and improving on the current retail center, while also making plans for a larger master-planned entertainment-focused development which will be constructed in phases over the next several years.
“Nashville has a dynamic and creative atmosphere. We have studied the fundamentals of the market and believe its story has just begun. Opportunities for the location are tremendous, but understanding the needs of residents, coupled with patiently coordinating amongst local organizations is more important,” said Castle Rock Equity Group CEO Judah L. Angster. “Castle Rock will be a trustworthy partner. We will meet with local community members to ensure that needs are met, expectations are satisfied, and local businesses continue to grow.”
There are many residential buildings and developments in the neighborhood, and Castle Rock would like to provide a one stop location for dinning, entertainment, offices, and hospitality – meeting the needs of existing and new residents of Music Row.
“This location epitomizes the vibrant nightlife of the music industry. We want to hone in on that spirit with each design and make sure that local establishments stay within the final footprint, as their character and identity are synonymous with Music Row,” added Mr. Angster.
