Cushman & Wakefield represented Animated Storyboards, an animation company, in a relocation and expansion at 1001 Avenue of the Americas.
Animated Storyboards, which relocated from 1995 Broadway, will occupy 10,031 s/f on the entire 24th and 25th floors.
A Cushman & Wakefield team led by Melissa Bazar, executive director and Jodi Roberts, director, represented the tenant in the long-term transaction. ABS Partners was represented in-house.
“1001 Avenue of the Americas is a great fit for Animated Storyboards, with exposed ceilings and creative space with fantastic City views,” said Bazar. “A big need of the tenant was to find space that offered rooftop access. While the building didn’t originally offer this, we worked with ABS to develop a new private rooftop terrace, which would allow Animated Storyboards to host their clients.”
