Cushman & Wakefield announced that BucketFeet, the footwear brand on a mission to connect people through art, has signed a lease for its New York Studio at 266 Elizabeth Street.

BucketFeet will occupy 800 s/f on the ground floor, with additional storage in the lower level in the charming Elizabeth Street building with a co-tenancy that includes Alex Mill and Figue.
The studio will showcase their sneakers that are inspired by designs from a network of over 12,000 artists around the world.
BucketFeet will also have a rotating mural wall painted by a different artist each month, and has plans to add socks, art prints, and other related accessories to the product mix.
A Cushman & Wakefield team of Jason Greenstone, Gene Spiegelman, Michael O’Neill, and Alisa Amsterdam represented BucketFeet in the transaction.
“The BucketFeet store studio will be an exciting addition to the building and neighborhood bringing their colorful artist inspired shoes and accessories to Nolita,” said Greenstone.
“We are very excited to be moving into Nolita. The intimate vibe of Elizabeth Street combined with the proximity to art and fashion fits perfectly with the feel of our BucketFeet Studios,” said Bobby Stephens, president & COO of BucketFeet.
