Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 30,598 s/f long-term lease for Brooklyn Boulders, a creator and operator of active lifestyle facilities, at 87 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg.
A team led by Diana Boutross, along with Ian Lerner and Abie Dweck, represented the landlords, Jay and Michael Weitzman, in the transaction.

“With Williamsburg being such a vibrant and active community, it’s the perfect location for Brooklyn Boulders new home,” said Boutross, an executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield. “87 Kent Avenue benefits from being situated among some of the neighborhood’s most popular attractions and steps away from the waterfront.”
87 Kent Avenue is a new development offering unobstructed views of the East River and Manhattan. Brooklyn Boulders will utilize the space for an urban rock climbing facility that fosters community by merging fitness with art, co-working and events.
Located on Kent Avenue and the corner of North 9th Street, the property is across from the East River State Park and among an abundance of retail and dining options. The property is easily accessible from the North Williamsburg Ferry Landing and the Bedford Avenue Subway Station.
