Brookfield Properties today announced three new office lease transactions totaling over 67,000 square feet at 225 Liberty Street in Brookfield Place New York. The three leases bring the building to 94 percent occupancy.
The long-term leases include the following: Simon-Kucher & Partners, a global strategy and marketing consulting firm, signed a lease for 27,458 square feet; DRW Holdings, LLC, a diversified trading firm, signed a lease for 17,012 square feet; and a leading investment management firm signed a leased for 22,600 square feet.
