National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC) announced PTC Therapeutics, Inc. has extended their lease for 90,000 square feet at its corporate headquarters and research and development facility within Middlesex Business Center.
The 489,000 square-foot office park is located on Corporate Boulevard, directly off I-287 in South Plainfield, NJ. Middlesex Business Center consists of 11 buildings of office, warehouse and flex space and is the one of the premier corporate parks in Central New Jersey.
PTC Therapeutics, Inc. is an integrated biopharmaceutical company specializing in RNA biology with a focus on discovering and developing novel oral treatments for patients with serious and life-limiting disorders.
The Company occupies three buildings at Middlesex Business Center to operate its corporate headquarters.
PTC Therapeutics, Inc. was represented by Charles Parmelli of Cushman and Wakefield’s Morristown, NJ office and Brian Sekel, Executive Vice President of NRDC represented the landlord.
