Fireside Chat

Sept. 12: The fifth in AmTrust Title Insurance Company’s real estate summit series will be a “Fireside Chat” with the founding principles of L&L MAG: David Levinson, Robert Lapidus and MaryAnne Gilmartin. IREM Luncheon

Sep.12: The Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management is hosting a luncheon from 11:30 to 1:30 at the Union League Club, 38 East 37th Street in NYC.

Our keynote speaker is Elena Ashkinazy, Sustainability Director at Time Equities Inc. who will be discussing “Smart Technologies in Residential and Commercial Real Estate.” The event begins with a networking cocktail hour.

Networking Fundraiser

Oct. 3: Members of the New York City real estate community are planning the inaugural St. Jude Spirit of Hope: An Evening of BBQ & Blues for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital from 7-11 p.m. at the Manhattan Penthouse on 14th and Fifth Avenue.

Oct. 4: Commercial Real Estate Women of New York will be throwing a 40th year anniversary gala on Oct. 4 at the Edison Ballroom at 240 West 47th Street. Their 40th Anniversary Gala will feature a VIP reception, cocktail reception, formal dinner, silent auction, and ceremony recognizing the achievements of our honorees. BOMA Conference

Oct. 17: The Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater New York (BOMA New York) will welcome Republican candidate for Governor of New York, Marc Molinaro as keynote speaker at its Annual Conference & Leadership Breakfast.

The conference run from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Club 101. In addition to hosting a special speaker, BOMA New York will announce its 2019 officers and board of directors.
