Avison Young’s New Jersey office announced today that its Project and Construction Management Groups has completed the renovations for 620 Division Street in Elizabeth, NJ on behalf of Terreno Realty Corporation. Avison Young was responsible for the interior repositioning of the former single tenant office building spanning 31,492 square feet (sf) across two floors into a multi-tenant space.
Avison Young Senior Project Manager Alan Zambarano, who is based in the firm’s New Jersey office, oversaw the construction on behalf of the landlord, Terreno Realty Corporation.
“Terreno Realty Corporation has done a tremendous job upgrading the office suites and common areas at 620 Division Street to appeal to a diverse range of occupier industries,” said Zambarano. “By renovating the entire office building, including the lobby, from a single tenant space into multiple offices, the building will provide several new opportunities for companies of various sizes seeking modernized, flexible space.”
620 Division Street is a 154,527-sf corporate office / warehouse building in Elizabeth, NJ. The office building is currently 77% leased. Ownership planned and executed a series of capital improvements to the building to upgrade its office spaces and lobby, which was completed in February 2022.
