ATCO Properties & Management announced that public relations agency LaunchSquad has signed a six-year lease at 373 Park Avenue South, a move that brings the 12-story, 102,552 square-foot boutique office property to 100 percent occupancy.
The firm’s new lease encompasses 8,732 s/f across a portion of the building’s 4th floor. LaunchSquad, which specializes in public relations and content marketing, is expected to move from its current 121 East 24th Street location to 373 Park Avenue South in July 2020.
LaunchSquad joins notable recent arrivals Knotel, the flexible office provider, and collaborative workspace provider Neuehouse.
Launchsquad was represented by John Lizzul of Newmark Knight Frank, while Peter Goldich, William Carr and John Cinosky of ATCO Brokerage Services represented building ownership in-house. Asking rents were $56 per square foot.
