SL Green Realty Corp announced that Aetna Life Insurance Company has expanded at 100 Park Avenue by leasing 10,889 s/f on the entire 12th floor. Aetna’s total commitment at the building covers 51,028 s/f for 10+ years.
“We are delighted that Aetna chose to expand with us at 100 Park Avenue,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president, director of leasing and real property for SL Green.
100 Park Avenue was one of New York City’s first buildings to receive Silver LEED-EB certification and it is a past BOMA International award winner. Other building tenants include BDO, Wells Fargo Trade Capital, Aecom Technology, and ABN Amro Holdings.
William Korchak of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Aetna in the transaction, while Tara Stacom, Barry Zeller, Justin Royce and Matthias Li of Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of SL Green.
