Adams & Co. Secures Four Deals Totaling in 7,860 Square Feet at 110 West 40th Street

Manhattan’s forward-thinking, full-service real estate firm, Adams & Co. (Adams), has announced four new companies have signed a total of 7,860 square feet of space at 110 West 40th Street.

The deals include: 

·       A two-year, 925-square-foot lease with Up Digital Art Studio, Inc, who will occupy part of the eleventh floor.

·       A five-year, 925-square-foot lease with Pereg Ventures Fund, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage U.S. and Israeli startups, will occupy part of the nineteenth floor.

·       A four-year, 3,005-square-foot lease with Luxury Asset Capital, a private, family-office owned lender that provides loans against luxury assets, will occupy part of the sixth floor.

·       A nine-year, 3,005-square-foot lease with New York Youth Symphony, one of the most awarded youth programs for young musicians in the nation, will occupy part of the fifth floor.

Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, One Ten West Fortieth Associates in each transaction. Jordan Donohue of CBRE, Inc represented New York Youth Symphony, Jacob Wolkenfeld of Norman Bobrow & Co, Inc represented Pereg Ventures and Jake Cunningham of Velocity Real Estate represented Up Digital Art Studio. Asking rent ranged from $68-$75 per square-foot.
