ABS Partners Real Estate has signed a trio of leases at its recently renovated 5500 Broadway in the Bronx.
Healthcare companies SOMOS Community Care and Lifestance Health, along with contractor have leased a total of 28,000 s/f at the building, also known as Broadway Crossing.
Healthcare network SOMOS will occupy 20,761 s/f of space on the first floor of the building. The tenant was represented by Jon Bachrach and Edward Klaynberg from Turnkey Office Space.
C.A.C Industries has leased two new custom-built offices on the 2nd floor totaling 7,031 s/f.
Adjacent to C.A.C. behavioral care provider, Lifestance Health has leased 4,286 s/f. Lifestance was represented by Andre Sigourney and Jon Kamali of CBRE.
Broadway Crossing at W 230th St, is a 160,000 s/f mixed use commercial complex situated at the convergence of Riverdale, Kingsbridge and Marble Hill in the Bronx with connectivity to Manhattan and Westchester.
The new tenants will join the roster of medical, office and wellness tenants currently in the building.
The building was represented by ABS Partners’ Ben Waller and Matthew Dennison. “The building has always been a central point to serve the local and New York community,” said Waller, “We are glad to be able to provide a comfortable and safe space for this important work to get done.”
