Marc Schoen and Brian Neugeboren of Savitt Partners have negotiated a 14,000 s/f lease for lace manufacturer Klauber Lace at 980 Avenue of the Americas.
Elise Fishman, of 980 Avenue of the Americas Associates LP, acted on behalf of the building ownership. Asking rents at the property are $38 psf.
“Klauber Lace has been a tenant at 980 Avenue of the Americas for the past five years and is incredibly pleased with the quality of the space and the outstanding location,” said Schoen.
