Empire State Realty Trust announced that ZS Associates, a sales and marketing company, has leased nearly 20,000s/f of office space at the Empire State Building.

looking to recruit and retain top talent.
The full suite of on-site amenities includes a tenant-only conference center, Manhattan’s largest tenant-only fitness center, bike room, distributed antenna system and seven in-building dining options.
Other tenants include LinkedIn, Bulova, Coty, Expedia, Global Brands Group, Skanska, HNTB and Media General Digital.
Joe Arnstein, Erik Schmall and Daniel Thompson of Savills Studley represented ZS Associates in the new lease. Landlord representation was provided by Ryan Kass, Fred C. Posniak and Shanae Ursini of ESRT, along with Paul Glickman, Jonathan Fanuzzi, Kip Orban and Harley Dalton of JLL.
