You can live in Brooklyn’s highest penthouse for less than $4 million

The highest apartment ever built in Brooklyn has been listed at Extell Development’s Brooklyn Point.

Penthouse D is a 1,455 s/f three bedroom, 3-bath condop being offered at $3,928,545 .

Located at 1 City Point (aka 138 Willoughby Street) Brooklyn Point is Extell’s first development in the borough and it will be the first and only for-sale building at City Point, the largest food, shopping and entertainment destination in Brooklyn.

The building culminates in a crown which angles to a point and a custom curtain wall and oversized windows accentuate 360-degree views.

The private residences and amenity interiors are by Katherine Newman Design and the building will feature a variety of layouts ranging from studio to three bedroom homes.

Brooklyn Point will offer amenities and services spanning over 40,000 s/f, including the highest residential rooftop infinity pool in the Western Hemisphere. Set 68 stories up on the rooftop of Brooklyn Point, the heated, outdoor pool will offer birds-eye views of the Manhattan skyline and will be
open Spring through Fall.

A health and wellness facility will feature a 65 ft. indoor saltwater swimming pool, rock climbing wall and yoga studio, Pilates and cycling studios, and a squash/basketball court. There will also be a spa, triple-height Park Lounge with a bar, salon, fireplace, and co-working space, as well as a chef’s demonstration kitchen, wine library, game lounge, screening room, study, and children’s playroom.02

A ninth floor landscaped terrace will include al fresco dining areas, terrace bar and children’s playground.
