Yelp expands to 192,000 s/f at 11 Madison Avenue

SL Green Realty Corp , New York City’s largest commercial landlord, announced that Yelp, Inc. has signed a 39,565 s/f seven-year expansion lease for is New York office at 11 Madison Avenue.

The on-line service founded in 2004 to help users find and review local businesses now occupies a total of 191,797 s/f on floors 14, 16, and part of 17, in the 29-story building,

“We are delighted to accommodate Yelp’s continued growth at Eleven Madison,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president, director of leasing and real property for SL Green, who added that “the building is now 100% leased.”

The 2.3-million-square-foot building is also home to Credit Suisse, Sony Corporation of America and the William Morris Agency.

Scott H. Gamber from CBRE represented Yelp in the transaction, while SL Green’s David Kaufman and Natasha Brown acted in-house for the landlord.
