World’s Best Cookie Dough, a dessert shop offering safe, raw cookie dough, will open its first storefront in December in a 1,369 s/f space at 164 Bleecker Street in Greenwich Village.
Harris Bulow and Corey Greenberg of Eastern Consolidated’s Retail Leasing Division represented World’s Best Cookie Dough in negotiating the 12-year lease. Mark Kapnick of the KT Group at Lee & Associates represented the landlord.
