Woodmont Industrial Partners (Woodmont) today announced the start of construction at 51 New Brunswick Avenue in Woodbridge, New Jersey. The property will feature 54,113 square feet of industrial space and is expected to reach completion in the second quarter of 2023.

Located on the border of Fords and Hopelawn, the property will feature 32’ clear height ceilings, ample parking, 7 dock doors with optional expansion to 9, build-to-suit office space, and easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, Route 9 and Route 440. Woodmont acquired the site in April 2022.
