Witkoff moves to West 57th

The Witkoff real estate development and investment firm, will be expanding its presence in New York City, moving into a new 20,000 s/f office at 40 West 57th Street.

The move-in date is scheduled for June 1, 2015. Witkoff will be doubling its occupancy space from its previous location at 130 East 59thStreet.

“The new space provides an optimum environment to continue our growth and expand our depth of services,” said Steven Witkoff, chairman and CEO.

The recently renovated Class A tower has a prominent tenant roster comprised of many leading financial services firms.

“The world-renowned location in the Plaza District, and spacious layout with panoramic views is consistent with the emphasis that Witkoff places on premium quality and differentiating our brand in a highly competitive market,” said Lauren Witkoff, executive vice president, Sales and Marketing.

“We built out the space with high-end finishes comparable to those in our luxury buildings, including Molteni kitchens, marble bathrooms, high-end lighting, custom millwork and architecturally distinctive design.”

Newmark’s Lance Korman represented Witkoff in its relocation to the Lefrak Organization property.
