On Tuesday, November 5th, Alchemy Properties and Wine Enthusiast hosted an exclusive wine tasting and presentation at 35XV, Alchemy’s latest luxury residential development at 35 West 15th Street.

The event took place at the 35XV sales gallery, located at 135 Fifth Avenue, which was designed to replicate the entrance stone façade, and what each residence will look like, including an iPad controlled three panel-screen that offers a virtual look at the unmatched protected views each residence will have, that were taken by a remote helicopter drone.
Alchemy’s team was in attendance, including its principals, Gerry Davis and Joel Breitkopf, and in-house sales duo, Wendy Triffon and Jill Preschel. Marshall Tilden III of Wine Enthusiast led a wine tasting presentation and explanation of 35XV’s unique deeded wine storage lockers.
Brokers sampled three different types of wine while touring the space, which featured renderings of the residences, lobby and amenity spaces designed by world-renowned interior designer, Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz.
