WEICHERT, REALTORS – The Franzese Group announced that Realtor Afik Azulay has joined the company sales team.
A 21-year resident of the area with two years of experience in real estate, he will assist property buyers and sellers throughout Brooklyn.
A member of The Brooklyn Board of Realtors, he lives in Brooklyn. Azulay is active in the Syrian community center and has a background as a real estate investor.

Saunders & Associates, an independent real estate firm in the Hamptons, announced that Theresa Quigley has joined the firm as executive managing director and general counsel.
Quigley, a prominent high-end residential real estate attorney with experience on land use matters on Long Island’s East End, is a former East Hampton Town Attorney and current Deputy Supervisor of the East Hampton Town Board.
She comes to Saunders from the law firm Farrell Fritz, where she was based in their Water Mill offices.
Quigley will work closely with Saunders’agents in connection with structuring transactions, assisting in negotiating deals, and advising on real estate legal matters including zoning and permitting.
She will also assist Saunders in managing the operations of the firm.
Quigley will be based in Saunders’ planned East Hampton office, which will break ground in the near future, and will serve as its manager.
During the office’s construction, she will split her time between Saunders’ Bridgehampton and Southampton offices.
A native of East Hampton, Quigley began her legal career in 1983 in New York City and returned to the East End in 1988.
She has served as counsel to several real estate companies and lendersand produced a local television program for many years.

Warburg Realty announced leading broker Wendy Greenbaum as the Top Sales Agent in 2013.
A broker in the firm’s 654 Madison Avenue office, she is one of the eight original shareholders of Ashforth Warburg Associates, Warburg’s predecessor corporation.
Frederick Warburg Peters, president of Warburg Realty, toasted Greenbaum and other agents and staff members at a holiday party held at the Doubles Club inside the Sherry Netherland Hotel.
Special acknowledgement was also made to Jamie Fedorko and Claire Groome in the firm’s 654 Madison office, Camille Duvall-Hero and Tammy Prunty in the East Side Gallery office, as well as Deborah Lupard in the Tribeca office.

Related Companies announced the addition of two vice presidents within their luxury leasing team, Laura Kosik, and Christopher Schmidt.
Both will oversee portions of the firm’s extensive portfolio of luxury residential rental buildings throughout New York City and Boston.
Both Vice Presidents will work directly with Related’s senior vice president of leasing, Daria Salisbury, in their New York headquarters.
With 15 years of experience at Related, Laura Kosik will now oversee leasing efforts for the firm’s downtown assets in Chelsea, Tribeca and Union Square.
Prior to her promotion, Kosik led various lease-ups and managed multiple properties through her position as a district leasing manager.
Christopher Schmidt brings over 10 years of experience and most recently acted as the managing director of leasing and marketing for Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town (PCVST).
He will oversee various properties in Related’s portfolio, including those located in the Upper East Side, Upper West Side and Midtown West, in addition to assets in Boston.
