The Kaufman Organization announced that Jeffrey Rosenblatt has joined the firm as Executive Vice President of Kaufman Leasing Company.
The seasoned real estate veteran will bring his extensive promotional brokerage expertise to the Kaufman leasing team.
At Kaufman, Rosenblatt will be joined by his team members, Christina De Jesus, Jonah Levy, and James Cleary.
A prolific commercial broker with over 30 years of experience, Rosenblatt was most recently principal for the New York office of Advisors Commercial Real Estate f/k/a Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Advisors.
He has also held senior positions at various major brokerages including Newmark Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield.
A Top Producer for CBC Advisors, Rosenblatt has closed over 30 million square feet of transactions during his career..
Some of his more notable include a 51,000 s/f lease for the Open Jar Institute, a Broadway training program at 1601 Broadway, creating the largest rehearsal space in Manhattan.
Rosenblatt has leased approximately two million square feet of space on behalf of notable owners, including the Durst Organization, Mitsui Fudosan, Ruben Companies and Pan Am Equities.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Economics from the City University of New York.

Westbridge Realty Group has hired David Marciano as an investment sales associate.
For the last seven years, Marciano worked at Kassin Sabbagh Realty, where he spearheaded a number of complex transactions on a local as well as national scale that totaled over $300 million.
Marciano’s marquee transactions included representing PF Holdings in a $90 million portfolio purchase of seven buildings in Indianapolis, totaling 2,517 units. Other notable transactions include the $23 million sale of 722 Metropolitan Avenue in East Williamsburg, and the $12.1 million sale of 714 Ninth Avenue to Hubb NYC.

Lee & Associates NYC LLC has welcomed Lisa Ann Pollakowski to its leasing and sales division as a managing director.
Prior to joining Lee NYC, Pollakowski had been at Newmark Knight Frank for 23 years as a director specializing in portfolio management for office and industrial clients.
At Lee NYC, she will continue specializing in portfolio management and space optimization, developing real estate strategies for office and industrial clients involving lease and sale acquisition and disposition. Pollakowski’s notable transactions include the 700,000 s/f built-to-suit office lease for Bloomberg’s headquarters in New York City and the sale of a 215,000 s/f warehouse in Colorado Springs on behalf of Miles Kimbell.
She has also represented investment groups in a number of commercial condominium sales all over New York City.

JLL announced that Peter Riguardi, chairman and president of the firm’s New York tri-state region, has joined the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross in Greater New York.
The American Red Cross is a non-profit that shelters, feeds and supports victims of disasters. The organization, which serves some 13 million residents in New York and beyond, supplies about 40 percent of the nation’s blood, teaches life-saving skills, provides international humanitarian aid and supports military members and their families.
Under Riguardi’s leadership, JLL has established itself as a market leader throughout the New York tri-state region’s commercial real estate sector.
Prior to joining JLL in September 2002, Riguardi was vice chairman and principal of Colliers ABR Inc., a company that he helped found in 1994. He started his real estate career at GVA Williams in 1983, where he was the youngest senior vice president in the firm’s history.
During his extensive career in commercial real estate, he has been actively involved in several of the largest and most noteworthy transactions in the New York Metropolitan area.
Riguardi received degrees in marketing and finance from Iona College, and was recently awarded an honorary doctorate degree by the college, having served on the board of Iona College for 12 years.

Skyline Properties announced the hiring of three new executives.
Jacob M. Lewis joined the firm as director of sales. Previously, Lewis worked at Symphony IRI, a market research firm. He graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Business Administration. In his spare time he coaches youth basketball.
Barak Rosner has also been named director of sales. Previously, Rosener worked at The Carlton Group as a research assistant. Before that, he worked at EXR as an intern in its commercial brokerage office.
Rosner began his career at Hillside Parsons, a real estate management and development firm.
He is completing his bachelor’s degree in business management at Touro College.
Kalina Stoyanova joined the firm as an investment sales professional. She will be focused on investment advisory services with European Family Offices and Institutional Investors transacting in New York Hospitality.
Originally from Spain, Stoyanova worked for the second largest bank in Spain, BBVA for the past eight years.

McCarter & English announced that Adam Swanson and Jessie Bonaros have joined the firm as partner and associate, respectively, in the firm’s New York City office.
They join from the eponymous New York-based firm of Adam Leitman Bailey.
At McCarter, they will continue to defend financial institutions, including mortgage servicers and mortgage investors, against borrowers’ claims filed under various consumer protection statutes.
Some of their work stems from foreclosures arising from the 2008 financial crisis, with statute of limitations issues – particularly in New York – vexing lenders.
They routinely help creditors in direct actions and contested mortgage disputes and other cases in which borrowers’ collateral hangs in the balance.

Woessner-Collins has nearly 30 years of experience in structuring and implementing complex, large-sum tax incentives packages.
Throughout her career, she has worked with over 150 companies in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
Most recently, Woessner-Collins was a “Top Gun” producer ranking in the top 5 percent of all brokers for 10 consecutive years at JLL and The Staubach Company.
Earlier in her career, she was a Partner in the State and Local Tax practice at KPMG and the Director of Purchasing, Energy and Economic Incentives at Frito-Lay.
Woessner-Collins holds an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, Minnesota) and a Bachelor of Science and Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Hana, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CBRE that provides plug-and-play flexible space solutions, named Robert Cartwright as Chief Operating Officer.
He has overall responsibility for global operations of all Hana locations, including build efforts, personnel management and hospitality service.
Cartwright spent 20 years at Starwood Hotels & Resorts where he managed assets and multi-unit operations under the St. Regis, W, Westin and Sheraton brands.
Cartwright also previously served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations for WeWork in addition to a variety of hospitality and experience leadership positions at the company.

Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has appointed Stephanie Harris as vice president of leasing.
Harris brings more than 20 years of experience to her new role, including management positions in real estate acquisition, leasing and development with top national retailers including McDonald’s, Toys ‘R’ Us, The Home Depot and Life Time Fitness. Most recently, she was an associate with RIPCO Real Estate’s New Jersey office.
Harris earned a bachelor’s degree in consumer economics and public policy from Cornell University. She is a member of the ICSC.
