Video solutions provider Eyeview takes Madison Avenue space

JLL completed a new transaction for The Moinian Group at 60 Madison Avenue with Eyeview Inc.

The personalized video solutions provider signed a five-year lease for 18,783 s/f at the Class A building.

Jonathan Fanuzzi, Daniel Kollar and Harley Dalton, all with JLL, represented Moinian along with the firm’s own Gregg Weisser.

The tenant was represented by Anthony Sciacca with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

“Eyeview is growing rapidly and sought a larger office for its New York headquarters that was near the existing office location,” said Fanuzzi. “The company was drawn to 60 Madison because of its location in the Madison Square Park area and proximity to top restaurants, hotels and high-end residential.  Eyeview also appreciated the open floor plan, natural light and views.”

Eyeview will occupy the entire fourth floor at 60 Madison Avenue. The firm is relocating to the building from 29 East 19th Street.

60 Madison Avenue has 50,000 s/f of space available, ranging from partial floors to a full floor of 17,177 s/f.
