U.S. Bank was represented in the sublease transaction by a Cushman & Wakefield team led by Michael Burlant which included Dale Schlather, Jon Herman and Greg Herman.
“With its prestigious address and first-class ownership, Three Bryant Park is a prime location for prominent financial institutions, such as U.S. Bank,” said Mosler, Chairman of Global Brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield.
“Three Bryant Park is appealing to a variety of big businesses and with MetLife moving out in early 2017, we’re looking forward to leasing the remaining available MetLife space in the coming months.”
