Peter Braus, managing principal, Dennis Someck, executive managing director/principal, and Mitchell Kunikoff, executive managing director/principal of Lee & Associates NYC arranged the 10-year lease expansion and renewal.

The company, known for such highly-acclaimed programs as Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown and The Hunt with John Walsh, is leasing the entire third and fourth floors, bringing its total occupancy to approximately 37,739 s/f on three-and-a-half floors.

The lease was a direct transaction between Lee NYC and the owners of the 26-story, 250,000 s/f circa 1920s office tower.

“Since the completion of a multi-million dollar capital improvement program last year, our team has leased more than 100,000 square feet at the building,” said Braus.

“The new tenant base has been upgraded significantly to include some TAMI businesses, and old-line family-owned firms like Schumacher & Co. This newest lease with Zero Point Zero reflects the successful re-positioning of the building and the continued confidence our tenants have in management and the quality of the building.”

Other new tenants that have moved to 875 Avenue of the Americas within the past year include HJ Rashti and Compliance Science.

Managed by Sierra Real Estate LLC with an ownership that includes some of the partners of Lee & Associates, 875 Avenue of the Americas is 95 percent occupied.
